The CirCoAx programme, CircularInnoBooster Fashion and Textile’s collaborative and cooperative circular co-design accelerator, in which the Finnova Foundation is a partner, has received a special mention at the Jean-Baptiste Say Awards. The awards recognize those individuals, companies or institutions whose track record is characterized by the values of business excellence, executive training, commitment to innovation and the development of business ecosystems. The awards ceremony will be held in April in Seville.

On March 15th, 2022, the CirCoAX acceleration programme kicks off to promote a transformation based on the circular economy model of the fashion and textile industry in Europe. Over 8 months, the 30 beneficiaries will receive €12,000 in funding, mentoring, visibility, workshops, networking and opportunities to apply for further European funding. This unique opportunity aims to help scale these proposals and turn them into international benchmarks. Cooperation and sustainability will be two of the pillars on which the programme will be based, creating a European community committed to real change, favouring the transfer of acquired knowledge and advocating for the replicability of the project in the future.

The Jean-Baptiste Say Awards, promoted by the digital business newspaper Diario de Empresa, have the promotion of the economic, social, educational and business development of society among their fundamental objectives. These awards seek to visibilise those entities from the executive and business sphere who contribute to these objectives.

In this edition, the Awards have had the following categories:

  • Initiative to boost the private investment ecosystem in Spain.
  • Innovative and Strategic Vision in the field of education and training.
  • Promotion of Entrepreneurship.
  • Social and Sustainable Entrepreneurship.
  • Executive Management and Leadership.
  • Development of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Territories.
